The Portuguese Contingent in HQ ARRC is currently composed of three Staff Officers, with two of them working in the Operations Division (G3 Ops Offr SO1 and G35 Coord SO1) whilst the other, albeit belonging to ARRC's Rear Support Command, carries out his duties within the Headquarters G9 CIMIC Branch (G9 CIMIC RSC SO2).
Portuguese Operational Forces have had a working relationship with the ARRC since its formation and currently two of the Portuguese Armed Forces Brigades are affiliated to this Headquarters:
The Rapid Reaction Brigade (BRR (PRT)) directly affiliated to ARRC
The Intervention Brigade (BrigInt (PRT)) affiliated to ARRC through the Italian Acqui Division
