If you are entitled or an eligible UK or Partner Nation family posted to the ARRC, can apply to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) for Service Families Accommodation (SFA).  UK personnel need to refer to JSP 464 Tri-Service Accommodation Regulations if they are unsure to their eligibility. Partner Nation familes can contact the Welfare Office or Nicky Torrie, the ILO, to seek clarification.

UK and Partner Nation families posted to the ARRC apply to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) for Service Families Accommodation (SFA). This is done on a MOD Form e-1132 which should be accessed via the Defence Intranet which all UK personnel should have access unless on operations. These forms are sent direct to the Housing Allocation Service Centre (HASC) in Thetford.

If you do not have access to the Defence Intranet you can complete the attached PDF version of the MOD Form 1132. Partner Nations can send these forms to their NSE or to the Welfare Office. These hard copy forms need to be sent to the HASC who will then allocate you SFA within 15 days.
