Iraqi Joint Staff College Graduates Earn their “Red Stripe”

Baghdad, Ar-Rustamiyah 25th Jan 2010 – Ninety-six Iraqi officers graduated from a year-long course at the Joint Staff Command College (JSCC) here Jan. 25. The graduates from the Iraqi armed forces and the Ministry of Interior are now qualified as staff officers, which is distinguished on their uniforms by a red stripe on the shoulder epaulettes. Graduation from the course is a pivotal part of progression into the senior ranks for these Iraqi officers, who can now put the title of "staff” before their rank.



Kurdish Zerevani Policemen Train with Federal Police
