BAGHDAD, 23 February, 2009 - The Government of Iraq conducted its fifth in a series of command and control exercise with the Prime Minister's National Operations Centre, the Ministry of Interior's National Command Centre and the Ministry of Defence's Joint Operations Centre, as well as several provincial military and police centres, all participating on Feb. 23.
