This group, under the control of Allied Command Transformation, was established at NATO HQ on 8 October 2004. Based in Brussels, it works with the Training and Equipment Synchronisation Cell (TESC) in NTM-I to co-ordinate the requirements of the Iraqi Government for out-of-country training that is offered by NATO as a whole or by individual NATO member countries. It is also responsible for co-ordinating equipment donations to the Iraqi security Forces by NATO as part of the Equipment Donation Programme.
