Mobile Training Team

NTM-I Mobile Training Teams have travelled to Kir Kush, 90 km SE of Baghdad and to Zakho in N-Iraq to provide leadership and management modules as part of larger courses for Senior NCOs.

NTM-I is also taking on the commitment of helping the Iraqi Armed Forces (IAF) build an effective NCO Corps. There has never been a strong tradition for a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Corps in the Iraqi Armed Forces. Therefore, this assistance does not only involve training, but mentoring on how to build up and manage an NCO Corps as an integral part of the Armed Forces, based on military model that has proved its effectiveness.

Furthermore, MOI requested for assistance with Border Security Forces.
